• ⚖️ The cylinder is too light or not standard weight (often thin steel models).

Q: Do you accept any 9kg cylinder?

No ! Not all 9kg LPG cylinder brands are welcome.

On the bright side all others are accepted and  You’ll receive a full Afrox-supplied cylinder in return. Clean, safe, and to standard.

Q: Can I exchange a rusty or dented cylinder? Only if it’s in decent shape. Major rust, dents, or damage? The machine might reject it for safety reasons.

Q: What if my cylinder still has a bit of gas in it? For safety, we only accept fully empty cylinders. Partially filled ones could be rejected.

Q: What payment methods are accepted? Tap, swipe, go! We accept all major cards – Visa, Mastercard, and Diners. No cash, no complications.

Q: Can I pay with cash? Nope. We’re proudly cashless — it’s safer and faster.

Q: Will I get a receipt? Yes! Enter your email at the machine when prompted and we’ll shoot you a digital receipt.
